Are You Building Your Business? Or Expecting it to Build Itself.


What are you doing everyday to build your business? Have you read "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olson? If not GET IT! It will help you immensley in building your business. You must do something everyday to build.

Things you can do: Make a list of things to do each day such as, mail out so many post cards to prospects. Putting rack cards or biz cards out where ever you can. Even dropping a few on the ground in a store or where ever. You can also put some in an envelope write "Free take one" and tape it to ATM's, or outside soda machines. Make sure this is not against the law in your state.

I've also put fliers on cars in parking lots. Also make sure you are allowed to do this. Make a point to call a few prospects every day, if you don't have any do the above to get some. Always have you name, number, site and picture on your advertisements.

Make sure your company has a system for you to use. Places for you to point people to for the information. As Professional Network Marketers, we are Professional Pointers, we just point people in the direction of the information. We don't beg, or try to convince someone into anything. If you have to beg or convince them today, you'll be having to convince and beg them every single month and eventually they will quit because the didn't want in - in the first place.

The people that are interested after seeing the information be sure to be available to answer questions and have your up-line help you if you are new at it. Always form that relationship with your interested prospects but don't PUSH! Let them come to you and ask you the questions.
