Some of you may be wondering, why I would want to help you and second how can I help you. The answer to the first question is I am so tired of seeing people lose hundreds if not thousands of dollars on companies, and training seminars that just don't work.
Second I can help you by taking a look at what you're doing, what company you are with and going over the 5 Pillars with you and seeing if you're in a 5 Pillars company. There aren't too many out there. I found one and haven't looked back since.
A company should be streamlined, not brag about they have 200 operators standing by to take your order. Blah, blah, blah, where do you think the money comes from to pay those operators? To pay for the building that houses them? To pay for their sick days and holiday pay etc. I hope you are getting where I am going with this. Plus the building they are in has to have electricity, heating, all the software for the operators to use, like the computers, the phone bills etc. This is a HUGE overhead and where do you think that money comes from? I'll tell you exactly where it comes from, it comes out of the comp plan. This means you get less money for the work you do.
Now no one likes to be told they are in a bad company and I'm not saying all companies out there are bad, in fact most of them have excellent products! They have to in order to stay in business. But why stay somewhere that only pays the top 2 or 3 % of the hard work you are doing?
If you're looking to make lets say $10,000 a month, most companies it'll take you anywhere from 100 to even 10,000 recruits under you to make that! In my 5 Pillars company it takes less than 400 people to make that and you can do it by just retailing and/or recruiting. We've got one lady only retails, never signed anyone up and makes about 5 grand a month. Can you do that with your company?
I'm not asking you to come join my company, I'm asking you to lets take a look at yours, see if it's a 5 Pillar's company, see how much you want to make a month in what time frame and break it all down to see if that is possible for you. Plus look at the stats page for your company, how many are really making any money? Only the people at the top?
That's just not right, our comp plan pays the new people at the bottom the highest, because most will be part time and if they can't make $ quick, what happens? They drop out, you lose them. Then you're back to square one. Also, systems are duplicate able not people, does your have a system in place that you can use and not have to know all the answers? Do you have a team rallying around you helping you to succeed? Has your upline ignored you because you're not up to par in your sales as far as they're concerned?
